Eligibility Criteria: Job seekers should have completed the education as 4th/ 8th / 10th with ITI/ 12th / Diploma in Pharmacy / Degree (Physiotherapist) / Certificate (Motor Engine Driver/ Fire Fighting) with good academic records from well recognized Board/ University/ Institute as per the applied posts.

Salary Structure: Appointed aspirants for Fireman, Sewerman, Shift Attendant, Boatman posts will get remunerations of Rs. 6400 - 20,200/- with 3400/3450/- Grade Pay (Post 1-3,7,9), Rs. 5100 - 10,680/- with 1950/- Grade Pay (Post 4-6), Rs. 10,300 - 34,800/- with 3200/- Grade Pay (Post 8), Rs. 10,900 - 34,800/- with 5500/- Grade Pay (Post 10) which is offered by Bhakra Beas Management Board.
